Those of you who’ve been following for some time know that it’s been a challenging journey  since I picked up the tablet last year. At first I felt like I was drawing with my left hand. I had to relearn the movements. I had to struggle adding perspective to the anatomy I already knew. Now I’m exceeding my own expectations and even my former abilities. I’m drawing better on my tablet than I ever did on paper, and with each round it gets faster, easier and more natural. This one I just watched myself draw as if I was outside my body; each stroke built light and shadow as if they were a substance. I’m in dream territory. I knew that I could do it but I never thought that I could do it; and now my thoughts are scrambling to catch up.
